Weddings

Weddings are special events that become treasured memories. At 30A Vacation Rentals, we offer exceptional St. Joe Club & Resorts' venues and attentive staff that will ensure an unforgettable destination wedding.

A collection of 300+ vacation rentals along the coast allow your wedding guests to stay together "retreat style" in one- to seven-bedroom vacation homes. Each distinctly decorated rental comes equipped with full kitchens, spacious bedrooms and living areas, washer and dryer facilities, private pools and Jacuzzis, and front porches and/or balconies featuring sweeping views of the coastal towns and beaches. In addition, your wedding party and guests staying at one our luxury vacation rentals enjoy access to private golf courses, each clubs, watersports and more during your time of celebration.

With a plethora of beautiful settings available, full-service catering, preferred vendors, and a team of professionals to assist with all the arrangements. Venues include:

  • WaterColor Inn & Resort, for a beachside ceremony followed by a reception on the Inn Green or a park-setting ceremony followed by a reception at The LakeHouse or BoatHouse. The Private Dining Room at Fish Out of Water is also available for receptions as part of the Intimate Wedding Package.
  • The Pearl Hotel, for unparalleled luxury in the Hemingway Room or on the Cabana Rooftop Deck, followed by a reception at Havana Beach Bar & Grill private Hat Room or the Pearl Ballroom.
  • WaterSound Beach Club, offering WaterSound Beach or Gulfview Lawn for sea breezes and white-sand ceremony memories, followed by a reception on the Gulfview Lawn or Beach Club.
  • Shark's Tooth Golf Club, for a memorable ceremony on the 18th Hole of the Greg Norman-designed course, followed by a reception at the Golf Club.
  • Watersound Origins ℠, for a sun-dappled ceremony at Tree Line Park or the Village Commons Green, and a reception at the Village Commons Green.

Meetings

Larger homes make it easy and cost-effective for groups to stay together and hold meetings onsite in large living areas, or on expansive patios.   • WaterColor Inn & Resort offers a variety of corporate meeting options, including 4,000 square feet of intimate meeting space at WaterColor Inn; nearly 3,000 square feet of coastal meeting space at the WaterColor Inn Gathering Rooms; and 3,700 square feet of space and a catering kitchen at the onsite LakeHouse overlooking Western Lake. Outdoor function spaces include the Inn Green, which can host up to 200 guests, and Marina Park for up to 400 guests.
  • The Pearl Hotel offers event space for 5 to 125 people and 5,500 square feet of flexible indoor/outdoor venues, including a Boardroom, Private Dining Room, Cabana Deck, and Ballroom.
